At RocketsShop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your athletic gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn and tagged items. If your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your performance standards, we'll make it right with a hassle-free exchange or full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your RocketsShop account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in clean, resellable condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
